Get away holidays

Loch Éirne appears to be named after an ancient population group called erainn.According to local folklore the Lough was created when a fearsome giant appeared from oweynagat cave and dissolved the local Queen Méabh and her maids ,creating the Loch.The G8 meeting in 2012 was held in a nearby island. The dramatic scenery of the area was used in game of thrones.A magical area of the British isles.
